Founded by passionate healthcare professionals, Shvaas delivers Government-Certified training programs in First Aid, CPR, AED usage, and Emergency Response. Our workshops are designed for schools, corporates, factories, housing societies, and construction sites, equipping individuals with the practical skills and confidence to act swiftly in critical moments.
From managing bleeding, fainting, and fractures to responding to cardiac arrest, burns, and industrial injuries—our training is hands-on, scenario-based, and tailored to real-world environments.

The Founder
Ruchi Sethi is a healthcare professional with over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management and is certified in First Aid training by IRC.
Her journey into emergency preparedness began not in a classroom—but in real life. Having witnessed the tragic loss of lives due to sudden cardiac arrest, and the helplessness of those around who didn’t know how to respond, Ruchi felt a deep calling to change that narrative.
“I realized that the difference between life and death is often just preparedness. I wanted to make sure no one ever feels powerless in a moment that demands action.”
With that conviction, she founded Shvaas —a mission-driven organization that empowers schools, corporates, industries and communities with life-saving First Aid and CPR training.
